Do you think we can help your company? Stop guessing...

"____ is keeping me up at night..."

When people ask what we do, it's a tough question. We offer so many services, but ultimately we settled on the most powerful thing that we do...

We help business leaders solve the problems that are causing them stress, long hours, and KEEPING THEM UP AT NIGHT.

We've found that there are 4 main types of problems out there that steal your sleep:

  1. Process Problems — You are constantly running over budget, behind schedule, and struggling to get new employees up to speed quickly.
  2. People Problems — Your workers are unmotivated. Turnover is high. Productivity is low. Hiring and firing is problematic. Your teams aren't functioning well.
  3. Planning Problems — You don't know what the future holds for you, your business, or even just a current project that you're trying to get started. You don't have clear steps.
  4. Personal Problems — You aren't confident that the decisions you're making and the direction you're heading are the right ones. You feel stressed and overwhelmed.

We have a toolkit of solutions and a proven methodology to help you solve those problems.

Rhonda has helped companies just like yours build stronger teams, improve their leadership, plan for succession, improve employee relations, and develop policies ensuring HR compliance. Mike is the real deal. He helped me mentally prepare for the difficult conversation I needed to have to sever a business relationship with a long-time contact. I was supported in advance of the conversation as he helped me to consider all the angles, how to avoid burning a bridge, and I felt well prepared to make a graceful exit. On the day it took place, Mike even called to check in on me. We haven’t been working together for very long, yet I already feel completely supported and like I have a coach who has got my back. I’m looking forward to carrying on with his insightful approach to helping me get “unstuck”.
